We are happy to announce the call for applications for A Three Day National Feminist Legal Theory and Practice (NFLTP) Training in Karachi and Lahore, Pakistan from 19-25 August 2019.
HomeNet Pakistan (HNP) and Shelter Participatory Organization (SPO) in collaboration with Asia Pacific Forum on Women, Law and Development (APWLD) will be conducting an Asia Pacific National Feminist Legal Theory and Practice (NFLTP) Training for the first time in Pakistan to be held in Karachi-Sindh from 19 to 21 August, 2019 and in Lahore, Punjab-Pakistan from 23 to 25 August 2019.
The NFLTP training has been one of the core capacity building activities of APWLD that has now grown into a dynamic program that offers a unique model in the region. The FLTP framework has feminism as its core and human rights as its foundation. It enables participants to use feminist analysis and perspectives in legal practice and legal activism. For over two decades, FLTP trainings has been implemented by APWLD at national, sub-regional and regional level.

We would appreciate your support in identifying and nominating strong applicants who would strengthen the women’s movement upon their return to their organizations and institutions.
